Basic Requirements
- The original copy of the passport must have at least six months of
remaining validity with enough blank visa pages (2 pages);
- One complete Visa Application Form Signed by the applicant;
- One recent 2x2 inches size passport photo, showing a full front view
of the applicant's head and shoulders with head covering;
- Applications by mail or courier will not be accepted. Return service
by mail after the visa processed is not available. The applicant must
come in person or may authorize someone (no authorization letter is
necessary) to apply on his/ her behalf and pick up the visa at the
consulate.
