Ticketing Information
Northbound ticket sales at Intercity Passenger Services Centre, Hung Hom Station, will cease 20 minutes before train
departure. The sale of tickets at the 3 KCR East Rail ticket offices and via the tele-ticketing system will stop
1 hour before train departure and 2 hours before train departure at the 2 Customer Services Centres of KCR Light Rail.
Passengers may purchase tickets 60 days in advance. However, the sale of southbound tickets in Hong Kong will stop 2
days before the departure date.
Tickets are valid only for the boarding station, train number and date shown on the
ticket.

Children's Tickets
Children aged five to nine require a
child ticket. Passengers aged ten or above require an adult ticket. A child under five years of age and accompanied by
an adult with a valid adult ticket may travel for free, provided that the child does not occupy a seat.

Passengers are required to collect tickets in person with the credit card through which the booking was made. Tickets
may be picked up at the Intercity Passenger Services Centre in Hung Hom Station and ticket offices at East Rail stations
including Mongkok, Kowloon Tong and Sha Tin; and Light Rail Transit Customer Services Centre at Tuen Mun Ferry Pier
Terminus and Tin Yiu.

Ticket collection at Hung Hom Station will stop 20 minutes before the train departs.
|
For the 3 KCR East Rail ticket offices and the 2 KCR Light Rail Customer Services Centres,
ticket collection will stop 1 hour and 2 hours before train departure respectively.
